You have a defective tripod head, tripod or accessory items?
No problem. In most cases, the article can be repaired. So you can send us your article for repair:
1.) Please download our repair note and print it out (s / w is sufficient).
2.) Please complete the repair note and put it to the article.
3.) Pack the item well in a sturdy box and send it to us.
4.) Please send us an e-mail with the announcement of the delivery. Also tell us the shipment number / shipping ID and the shipping service provider (e.g., UPS, DHL, etc.). We can then monitor the reception.
5.) Should the submitted article still be subject to the warranty (guarantee), we repair any defects that are due to the production and / or assembly by FLM, free of charge and refund the delivery costs. The return is then of course free of charge.
Attention: In the case of articles, which have been attempted to repair by yourselves or have had visible marks and / or damage with tools, e.g. by overturned tripods, forfeit any warranty or guarantee. A free repair can then no longer be done.
6.) After receipt and evaluation, we decide whether we can carry out a repair and whether it is subject to the warranty / guarantee or whether the repair must be paid. We will inform you immediately about our decision.
